It also includes dishes, pots and pans, silverware and more. A new kitchen including granite countertops is happening now! We have two family rooms in this home. We have a small driveway so we have some off street parking. We have free laundry on the lower level. People love the location of this house. It's on the quieter side of Ackerman yet close to campus and Manley.
